What is email Migration Tool
FullSail Systems Email Migration tool is used to migrate existing email accounts into the FullSail Sytems infrastructure.
Who is the email Migration tool for
Email Migration Services for Standard and Enhanced Email services are only available for your managed and dedicated hosting accounts. Email Migration is included in all G Suite accounts.
How to use the email Migration tool
Simply fill out the Email Migration From. You complete the entire form which consists of:
- Main Contact Associated with Client:
This is the main contact email address on your FullSail Systems Client Account - Email Address:
The email address at FullSail Systems you need to migrate too - Email Address to be Migrated:
The email address to be migrated - Password Associated with this Email Address:
The password assosicated with "Email Address to be Migrated" - Email Server Host or IP:
The server where your emails will be migrated from. This can be either an IP Address or a Host Name
Once this form has been submitted, the FullSail Systems team will initiate the migration process. This process can take up to 6 hours depending on the size of the mailboxes. You will receive confirmation when this process has completed.
