Email Solutions Offered by FullSail Systems

We offer two solutions for email with multiple options for you to choose from.

  • Cloud Email
  • G Suite (by Google)

Each solution offers a different range of services and will be outlined in the subsequent sections.

Cloud Email

Be in control of your E-mail for Personal Use and Small Business.
The Cloud Email service comes in two different product lines: Standard and Enhanced.

  • Standard Email:
    IMAP/POP3 email service with basic features.
  • Enhanced Email:
    IMAP/POP3/ActiveSync email service with all of the features from the Standard email solution plus collaboration functions allowing you to share and edit documents with your peers.

With our CLOUD EMAIL service you keep your mailbox private and ad-free while being safe from online viruses and threats due to our advanced Spam filtering. You can add a second layer of protection by activating Two Factor Authentication. You also have access to an additional drive where you can easily upload, share and edit your documents.

G Suite (by Google)

One suite by Google for all requirements: Communication tools like Email and Video calls, Collaboration tools with file editors and sharing functionality, storage to store & share your documents with others and admin tools to manage your users, gadgets and data.

  • Basic G Suite includes:

  • Business email addresses (name@yourcompany.com)

  • Video and voice calls

  • Integrated online calendars

  • 30GB of online storage for file syncing and sharing

  • Online text documents, spreadsheets and slides

  • Easy to create project sites

  • Security and admin controls

  • Business G Suite includes the Basic features, plus:

  • Unlimited Storage

  • Advanced admin controls for Drive

  • Audit and reporting insights for Drive content and sharing

  • Google Vault for emails, chats, docs and files

  • Easily search and export to different formats

  • Archive all emails sent by your company

  • Place and enforce litigation holds on inboxes

  • Set message retention policies
