Shared hosting is an unmanaged hosting package, which means the operation of the user's web application is the sole responsibility of the client. These products are meant for enthusiasts, beginners, small business owners, or industry professionals. These users would like to leverage the FullSail Systems high-performance infrastructure but need very little account management.
The managed hosting product range is monitored and managed by FullSail Systems. The advantage of a managed product is that the web application's technical infrastructure is managed and will produce the most predictable end-user experience. Designed for small business, mission-critical applications, and/or high volume web applications. Users will leverage the FullSail Systems high-performance infrastructure with top-tier support and dedicated account management.
Dedicated hosting is a white label solution that is deployed, monitored, and managed by FullSail Systems. Dedicated hosting is used typically in two events, agency white labeling and individual client hosting. Designed for high volume, large, mission-critical web applications. This product range is customizable to the client's needs. Users will leverage FullSail Systems' high-performance infrastructure, top-tier support, white-labeled hosting server(s), dedicated server administrator, and dedicated account management.
