Technical Support is offered for all FullSail Systems Clients. The level of support that is available is defined by the products that you have.

*Dedicated Server Support includes a dedicated server project manager and support specist. You will have the same contact for all of your technical support inquiries.

Telephone Technical Support:
The support that is offered via our technical support hotline. This phone number can be found via your my.fullsailsystems.com account login. Technical Support Hotline

Email Technical Support:
Support via email communication should be sent to support@fullsailsystems.com. Please include your client contact information and the Service or Product that your inquiry is in regards too.

Chat Support:
Online change suport can be found on every page of the https://fullsailsystems.com

Ticket Support:
This support method is the most efficient method available. It is monitored 24 hours a day. You can submit a ticket via your my.fullsailsystems.com account. Support Ticket Quick Link


Remote Support

FullSail Systems Uses Google Remote Access for technical support requests that require access to a client's machine.

How to use Google Remote Support and share your computer with FullSail Systems Support:

You can give FullSail Systems remote access to your computer.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. In the address bar at the top, type remotedesktop.google.com/support, and press Enter.
  3. Under “Get Support“ click Download.
    (If you have used Google Remote Desktop you can skip to step 5)
  4. Follow the onscreen directions to download and install Chrome Remote Desktop.
  5. Under “Get Support” select Generate Code.
  6. This is the code that FullSail Systems will use to access to your computer.
  7. When our team enters your access code, you will see a dialog with a FullSail Systems Email Address (@fullsailsystems.com).
  8. Select Share to allow them full access to your computer.
  9. To end a sharing session, click Stop Sharing.

Note:
During this process, our technical staff will have full access to your apps, files, emails, documents, and history.

Note:
The access code will only work one time. If you are sharing your computer, you will be asked to confirm that you want to continue to share your computer every 30 minutes.
